🛡️ Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee, as the New students are covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.

  • If your child attends at least 3 sessions and you're unsatisfied, you may request a refund for up to 4 lessons.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after submitting a short feedback form.

🔙 Do I get refunded for missed sessions?

No, missed or no-show sessions cannot be refunded and are charged in full as per company policy.
