Updated over a month ago

How do you assess my child’s French level?

Assessment begins during the first lesson.

During this session, the tutor:

  • Evaluates your child’s current proficiency level

  • Identifies strengths and learning gaps

  • Establishes instructional priorities

This structured assessment forms the foundation for ongoing weekly instruction.

How do I track my child’s progress?

Progress is documented through:

  • Weekly lesson summaries in TutorBird

  • A structured monthly progress chart

  • Notes outlining areas of focus and upcoming objectives

Parents may log in to TutorBird at any time to review lesson documentation and progress tracking.

How often will I receive updates?

Parents receive:

  • Ongoing weekly lesson summaries

  • A monthly progress chart reflecting development and focus areas

This ensures visibility into your child’s academic trajectory.

Can I communicate with the tutor?

Yes. Parents may communicate with the assigned tutor through TutorBird messaging or approved email channels.

Tutors do not provide personal contact information (such as phone numbers), and all communication must remain within approved platforms.

For policy or billing-related matters, please contact parents.support@bonjourtutors.com.
