Step 2: Schedule the First Lesson
The first session is a structured, one-hour lesson.
During this session, the tutor:
Assesses your child’s current French level
Identifies strengths and learning gaps
Establishes instructional priorities
This assessment forms the foundation for ongoing weekly tutoring.
Step 3: Weekly Tutoring Begins
Tutoring operates on a weekly, auto-renewing schedule.
Once your weekly time is confirmed:
The time slot is reserved for your child.
Lessons continue weekly unless formally paused or cancelled.
Billing is processed automatically to the payment method on file.
Step 4: Ongoing Progress Tracking
Parents receive:
Weekly lesson summaries
A structured monthly progress chart
All documentation is accessible through your TutorBird account.
Important Notes
A valid payment method must be added before tutoring begins.
Weekly billing continues unless services are formally paused or cancelled.
