Pause for Up to 30 Days
Tutoring may be paused for up to 30 consecutive days.
During this period:
The weekly time slot is reserved.
The same tutor and schedule are retained (subject to availability).
A confirmed resumption date must be provided when requesting the pause.
Pause Longer Than 30 Days
If tutoring is paused for more than 30 days:
The original tutor and schedule cannot be guaranteed.
Reassignment may be required upon return.
Scheduling will be subject to availability.
How to Request a Pause
To request a lesson break:
Include:
Student’s full name
Pause start date
Confirmed return date
Pause requests are not considered confirmed until acknowledged by Bonjour Tutors.
Important Notes
Weekly billing continues unless a pause request is formally submitted and confirmed.
Credits are not issued unless a lesson is cancelled under the cancellation policy.
It is the parent’s responsibility to notify Bonjour Tutors in advance of any break.
