Weekly Tutoring Structure
All tutoring operates on a weekly, auto-renewing schedule.
Once enrolled:
Your child is assigned a consistent weekly day and time.
The time slot is reserved exclusively for your child.
Sessions continue each week unless formally paused or cancelled.
You do not need to book sessions manually.
Lesson Duration
Private one-on-one lessons:
Last 60 minutes.
Take place at the same weekly time.
Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled lesson duration.
Session Availability
Tutoring sessions are available daily, including weekends, within tutor availability.
Specific scheduling options are confirmed during enrollment.
Attending Lessons
All sessions are delivered online and managed through TutorBird.
Parents are responsible for:
Ensuring the student logs in on time.
Maintaining a stable internet connection.
Providing an appropriate learning environment.
Failure to attend a scheduled session is considered a missed lesson (see Cancellation Policy).
