General Policy
Bonjour Tutors operates on a weekly, auto-renewing tutoring model.
All scheduled lessons are billed in accordance with the published rate and applicable policies.
Except where required by law, tutoring fees are non-refundable.
Missed Sessions
If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior cancellation:
The lesson is charged in full.
No credit or refund is issued.
Cancelled Lessons
If a scheduled lesson is cancelled:
The weekly charge remains.
A credit is issued for a future make-up lesson.
Credits:
May only be used for make-up sessions.
Cannot be applied toward regular weekly lessons.
Are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Must be used while tutoring services remain active.
Cancelling Tutoring Services
If a parent chooses to cancel tutoring services:
Any unused credits must be used prior to termination.
Credits are not refundable.
Credits cannot be transferred to another student.
Billing continues weekly until cancellation is formally requested and confirmed.
Discounted Packages (If Applicable)
If discounted lesson packages are purchased:
All purchased lessons must be used before cancelling.
Discounted packages are non-refundable.
Payment Disputes
By enrolling in tutoring services, parents authorize pre-authorized weekly charges to the payment method on file.
Disputing valid charges that comply with the published policies may result in suspension of services.
