How to Update Your Payment Method
To update your card details:
Log in to your TutorBird Student Portal using your registered email and password.
Click your name in the top-right corner and select My Preferences.
Select Manage Payment Methods.
Click Add New to enter updated billing information.
Save your changes.
Multiple payment methods may be stored in your account.
Important Notes
A valid payment method must remain on file at all times.
Weekly tutoring charges are processed automatically in accordance with your enrolment agreement.
Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in suspension of services.
